Designed for clients who have a contractor in place and require design direction supported by working plans and a comprehensive specification package. 

The Basic Design Package includes:

• Design Consultation (Meeting with the client via e-mail, zoom, or in-person to understand the client’s needs and provide guidance)

• Concept board + Colour palette (Showcases the direction of the design)

• Rendered Room (Photo realistic render to showcase the entire room)

• Floor Plans: Layout suggestions (Construction drawings to know what can fit in the space, along with RCP’s, Finishes Plan, and elevations)

• Specification Package (Includes Furniture + Fixtures + Equipment)

• Material Board (Proposed material selections to see in-person of the main chosen finishes)
